Loved the camping experience and the friendly staff. the property was well maintained and the cabanas were clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. the bathrooms were shared, but each was assigned to a maximum of only two cabanas. the showers had good pressure and hot water. the pool area was small but inviting, with nice lounge chairs to relax on. Plus they offer a free bike rental which makes exploring the nearby area so much more convenient.
The pool closes at 1 am, which means there might be some noise if you're looking to sleep early. the bathroom door was not closing all the way, which could get messy for people who are clutz.

I had an amazing time at this glamping site! The cabana was cozy and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and they even offer free bikes to explore the city. Additionally, the location was perfect for heading to the nearby beach. the cleanliness and hotel facilities were just what I needed for a comfy stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

We stayed in a beautiful glamping hut and enjoyed the perfect location to access the beach with the free provided bikes. We also appreciated the nearby grocery store for snacks and drinks. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was cute and on-time.
The hot water had an unpleasant smell.

The hosts were nice and gave a good tour of the site. The pool was clean and lovely, a great place to spend some time. They offer free bikes so you can explore the area.
We didn't have a good experience. The tent canvas and netting was dirty and one night we got very wet after a rain.

I had a great stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Playa del Carmen. The location was perfect for heading to the beach, which was very close by. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the AC, were comfortable and functional. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.
The only minor issue I encountered was the difficulty in getting a taxi.

Our stay at Itaka Glamping Cabanas & Loft was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The cabana we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The shared bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed spending time by the pool, even though there were limited loungers available. The bikes provided by the hotel were a great way to explore the area.
